‘Bronze Beauty’ is a versatile soft peachy-cream calendula with a reverse cranberry stripe and a chocolate brown eye. Cup shaped flower heads are smaller than most varieties yet borne on tall stems, making them perfect for arrangements. Calendulas are the fastest flowers to bloom from seeds - in just 2 months. Often called English marigolds, the plants are loved by beneficial insects. Petals can be used as fabric dye, are edible and are used medicinally as salves.

How to Grow:
Start seed indoors in trays 4-6 weeks before last frost; transplant out after all danger of frost has passed. Can direct sow and succession plant every 2-3 weeks to stagger harvest.
Harvesting/Vase Life:
Pick when flowers are ½ way open. With flower food, expect a vase life of 6-7 days. Foliage is sticky, so wear gloves when harvesting.
